Sometimes, you just need sight word cards all ready to go. So far, I’ve posted about two printable sets that will help in that situation: Plain Pre-Primer Sight Word Mini Flash Cards and cute Pre-Primer Sight Word Pumpkins! But it’s winter now, so pumpkins don’t really cut it anymore. That’s why today, I want to share these Snowball Fight Primer Sight Words with you. The clip art is so cute!
This set comes in an editable pdf file, so you can easily add your own words if you need ones that aren’t on the primer sight word list.
Materials for Snowball Fight Primer Sight Words
- Printable pdf file (see below).
- Up to 13 sheets of paper (if using all primer sight words and no extras).
- Printer.
- Laminator.
- Laminating pouches.
- Scissors or paper cutter.
What’s in the Printable PDF File?
The file consists of 17 pages in all, including 13 pages of primer sight word cards with four cards on each page (all 52 primer sight words are included in alphabetical order). In addition, you’ll find one editable page you can use for other words you’re working on. This can easily be done with your regular copy of Acrobat Reader. {Having trouble editing? Print the pages you want to use, laminate for durability (optional), and cut the cards apart at the black lines.
If you prefer smaller cards, you can simply print two or four pages on one sheet of paper.
